Does your software handle city taxes? If not, may have to do it old fashioned way...by hand :)

ATX offers an Ohio Cities package, which is an add-on form set that functions in conjunction with the ATX 1040 returns. http://atxinc.com/products/ohio_cities.aspx

Proseries also has city returns and is very user friendly.
