Are LTD corporations 1099 reportable? |
|
What is an 'LTD' Corporation? The term 'LTD' usually refers to a limited partnership. Not necessary. In Maryland, corporations can use INC. Co. or LTD. We do.

MD does LTD? I don't think so, an LTD is a foreign entity. I believe this a "liability limited by shares" which is foreign in nature.

Your post makes little sense. If you're asking if you must issue 1099s to those you pay $600 or more to, yes - for 2010 if you've paid an unincorporated entity, for 2011 when you pay ANY one. If you're asking if others must report payments to you of $600 or more, yes. |
