We are in the process of getting my wife her Green Card, but in order to do that, I need to file my 2010 tax returns.
Can I claim her as a dependent since she cannot work here in the states and I am supporting both of us? If not, I'll owe money...

your wife is not a dependent. you should apply for an ITIN # (form W7) for her until her status changes. filing the W7 application with your current tax return is the way to go in this case.
